| My husband and I
picked Los Gatos
for an overnight
stay in close
proximity to
Canangaigua NY in
August 2012. We
stayed in the
"Blue
Room". I
couldn't have
dreamed up a more
delightful
experience..from
the beautiful
surrounding
landscape..to the
gracious
hospitality..to the
spacious,
comfortable, and
private
accommodations of
the blue room..to
the farm fresh and
made from scratch
breakfast. It was
heavenly and I
can't wait to go
back..thinking
about it already. |

experience staying
at a B&B and it
was wonderful! Los
Gatos is decorated
in a homey,
comfortable
fashion. We felt
right at home and
as if we were
amongst long time
friends even though
we never met Burney
& Susan until
we arrived. The
breakfasts were
delicious! I would
recommend this
B&B to anyone
looking for a place
to stay in the
Finger Lakes area! |

| We had a lovely
time in the Finger
Lakes. The bed and
breakfast was
situated on a
lovely hill with
beautiful
landscaping. We
stayed in the Grand
Suite, which was
perfect for us,
because our
daughter was with
us; therefore, we
each had our own
bedroom. Breakfast
was to die for.
The waffles were
light and crispy,
the jams were
yummy, bacon and
sausage was cooked
to perfection. We
will be back. |

Bernie and Susan
are a wonderful
host and hostess
with so many
talents. It is a
lovely place with
beautiful gardens
and scenery. The
waffles and

wonderful time
staying at Los
Gatos. It was my

the Barons have
certainly set the
bar very high. They
are marvelous hosts
and provide an
immaculate and warm
environment for
their guests.
Burney's breakfasts
are fantastic and
the homemade jams
and syrup are
excellent. We felt
quite comfortable
and plan on
returning in the

scene during our
get-away...the
Cabin II was
intimate and
exclusive...the
breakfast in the
main B & B
dining room was
delectable!!!!!
Susan & Burney
were so kind,
compassionate in
what they do to
make us "happy
campers" ...we
had a great time!
We loved your

| What a fabuluous
fall getaway
weekend! This was
our first time to
Los Gatos, but it
won't be our last.
The accommodations
were fanstatic.
The homemade
breakfasts were the
best we have had at
any B&B. We
stayed in the cabin
and it was simply
wonderful; the
privacy of being
separate from the
main house, but
close enough to
stay connected. We
truly enjoyed our

The setting is so
restful and
soothing. Susan

The food is
delicious and

sure you take a
tour of the gardens
