Spring is finally here and
we are looking forward to seeing many of you in the this Spring, Summer and
Fall. With some warm sunny days the bulbs are pushing up a colorful eruption of
flowers in the gardens and showing signs that many more are on the way. The
deck furniture is ready for you to enjoy a picnic, a glass of your favorite
beverage or simply to sit and enjoy the sun and the views. We welcome the
warmer weather and all the outdoor activities it will bring - we are ready for
it!
Each year we work at finding
ways to make your stays with us more enjoyable, by making
improvements/additions to the property and by developing tasty new recipes for
breakfast, and this year is no exception! We are very excited to be able to
tell you about the newest option we will be offering - our Keuka View Cottage!
Keuka View Cottage
In late November we
purchased a cottage overlooking Keuka Lake on State Route 54. It has two
bedrooms, two baths, and a greatroom style kitchen, dining, living area with a
large covered deck facing the bluff. Dinner cooked on the outdoor gas BBQ will
be the perfect ending after a relaxing day out exploring the wine trail or
having fun on the lake, especially when accompanied by a glass of your favorite
Finger Lakes wine! KeukaView Cottage has 6 acres of woods with a nice grassy
area out front affording you plenty of privacy with the convenience of being
located about midway between Ravine's Winery and Rooster Hill Winery. We think
our new cottage will be a wonderful retreat for a single couple, two couples
traveling together or a small family - even well behaved dogs will be welcome!
It will have all the comforts of home plus the beautiful views of Keuka Lake!
With a targeted opening date of May 23, 2014, we are accepting reservations for
this year now - more pictures, pricing and availability can be found visiting

We will be adding more pictures to the web site as we get the interior
"sprucing up" finished.
Spring Preview Package
We have enjoyed seeing many
of you over that last few months who took advantage of the wonderful package we
put together for Winter/early Spring travelers. There is still plenty of time
to take advantage of that package if you would like - it is available seven
days a week between now and the end of May (excluding Memorial Day Weekend) and
Sunday through Thursdays June 1st to June 19th. Here are the details:
